Tianjin Baicere Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. The main business is valve reengineering maintenance and high-tech valve manufacturing. It is an innovative and socially responsible valve comprehensive service provider. The Wangqingtuo Industrial and Trade Park in Wuqing District, Tianjin, where Baicere Valve is located, is the core area where Beijing, Tianjin and Xiongan New Area are interconnected. G18 and G2 expressways intersect here, which is a unique geographical location.

 

Baicere Valve Headquarters covers an area of 6.7 hectares and now has one 8000 ㎡ comprehensive administrative building. The workshop is divided into Block A, Block B and Block C, with a total area of 35,500 ㎡. As of January 2020, there are 360 employees and 60 technicians with senior and middle professional titles.

Baicere Valve has EU CE certification, SIL certification, China A1 special equipment manufacturing license, China regulator valve EA-I inspection and maintenance qualification, and has passed ISO9001: 2008 quality management system, ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system, OHSAS18001: 2007 occupational health and safety management system certification, China five-star after-sales service certification.

 

Valve reengineering maintenance is the earliest business of Baicere Valve, which is still one of our core businesses today. After 14 years of exploration and accumulation, with petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, coal chemical and construction industries as the main service directions, the valves of our company have formed a complete reconstruction system covering special valves, ordinary valves and regulating valves, which achieves a balance between economic benefits and sustainable development, and becomes a model of circular economy innovation.

Another core business of Baicere Valve is to manufacture high-tech valves, mainly including high-pressure valves, instrument valves, electric valves, wear-resistant ball valves, and special valves for catalytic, coking and ethylene plants. Baicere Valve relies on its unique big data on valve operation and maintenance to carry out positive research and development to optimize product functions and improve product quality. In order to reduce the financial pressure and use cost of customers, Baicere Valve has also innovated its business model and provided cooperation methods for product leasing in order to achieve maximum win-win results for both parties.

 

On May 24th, 2019, Baicere Valve successfully entered the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, which means that the company's development entered a new stage.
